Saudi ceramic company (scc) is one of the oldest and leading ceramic companies in the middle east that manufactures and markets ceramic wall and floor tiles, vitreous China sanitarywares, ceramic road markers and electric water heaters. Incorporated in 1977 in riyadh, today scc has a production capacity of 16 million m2 of ceramic tiles,1.8 million pieces of sanitarywares,600,000 pieces of electric water heaters and 1.2 million pieces of ceramic road markers per annum.

In addition to this, scc's recent agreement with lb officine meccaniche will further strengthen the company's position in the high-end market when its new porcelain tile factory producing gres porcellanato tiles is commissioned by end of this year.

The company, which had a sales turnover of us $ 113 million in 2005 is headquartered in riyadh and has 5 area offices in saudi arabia that cover the entire Kingdom and one office in Dubai, UAE as well. Scc has a total of 2 modern tile factories, one sanitary- ware factory and one plant for electric water heaters and has a workforce of 1,700 people. The company owns and operates 25 exclusive showrooms in all the major cities of saudi arabia.

An ISO accredited company, scc also has accreditation from CE, saso, gs, gosstandart and gosstandart (ukraine).
